We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Medical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in medical content creation and a proven ability to work independently without the use of AI. We will not consider any writers who use AI for their writing. We only accept AI for ideas and will enforce this principle on those who supervise. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical landscape and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and engaging content for various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Independently research and write high-quality, optimized blog posts of up to 2000 words, with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
- Collaborate with the SEO team and consultants to ensure content is structured for optimal search rankings, including the strategic use of H tags and FAQs.
- Edit existing content to improve conversion and readability while maintaining or improving SEO performance.
- Assist and mentor junior writers, providing guidance on best practices in medical writing and SEO.
- Actively participate in Zoom calls and collaborative sessions with the team.
- Help supervise and provide guidance on social media content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and medical standards.
- Contribute to the overall content strategy and development.
- Be willing to learn and utilize SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console.
- Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, well-researched, and compliant with relevant medical and legal guidelines.
- All content must be written independently; the use of AI writing tools is completely prohibited.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a medical content writer.

- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, while also possessing a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Having experience as a supervisor is a bonus.
- Must be willing to work in US Timings.
- Ability to conduct thorough research using credible sources, databases, and tools, cross-checking facts, citations, and references.
