GABA Telepsychiatry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Developer & On-Site SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of web development best practices and a proven track record of improving website visibility and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Web Development:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our website, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience
- Implement and customize website features and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors promptly
- Ensure website security and implement necessary security measures
- Collaborate with the team to implement new website designs and features
- Manage website hosting and domain configurations
- On-Site SEO:
- Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas for improvement in on-page SEO
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing website content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking structure
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
- Improve website speed and performance for better search engine rankings
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
- Generate and implement sitemaps and robots.txt files
- Optimize website images and multimedia content for SEO
- Implement schema mark-up
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development and on-site SEO
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and algorithm updates
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of website security best practices
Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Monthly Salary: USD 800
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in Eastern Time (ET)
