About
Professional Summary
I am a Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduate from Egerton University with hands-on experience in mental health and community-based care settings. Through my internship at Anglican Development Services – Central Rift (ADS-CR) and my attachment at Naivasha Sub-County Hospital, I gained practical experience in client communication, intake processes, appointment coordination, and confidential record management. I effectively engaged with up to 25+ clients per day through phone and in-person interactions while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
I possess strong communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain services clearly, address client concerns calmly, and maintain accurate documentation. Working within both hospital and community program environments strengthened my ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt quickly to structured systems. I am detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and committed to delivering client-centered support that improves access to quality mental health and social services.
