I’m a bilingual English–Spanish professional with experience working with U.S.-based clients in professional environments.
I studied English at a private institute called OBM and graduated in 2011. Since then, English has been my primary working language, alongside experience in call center and customer support roles across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and ticket-based systems.
Most recently, I worked as an interpreter with TransPerfect, supporting U.S.-based clients in areas such as emergency response, banking, and real estate. That role required a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to stay calm and focused while handling important, time-sensitive conversations in real time.
