I am Rahul Dey and I live in India,Kolkata. I did my graduation in Mass Communication in the year 2016. I began my career in Cathay Pacific Airlines as a ground staff .After working in Cathay Pacific Airlines I got an opportunity to work for British Telecom as a technical support advisor for UK bound customers providing both technical and customer service to the customers .Later on, I was promoted to the escalation department to support escalated clients . I have been trained on customer service ethics ,microsoft excel, grievance training along with that I have got the opportunity to support customers through face to face ,via chat and calls . Currently I am working as a Network analyst in Cognizant .
