As a Microbiology student at the University of Abuja with professional experience in tutoring and virtual assistance, I have developed the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
Throughout my previous roles, I have strengthened key front desk skills such as customer interaction, scheduling support, problem solving, and maintaining accurate records. My tutoring experience improved my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient, and adapt to different personalities, while my virtual assistant role enhanced my organizational skills, time management, and confidence working with digital tools. These experiences have allowed me to handle inquiries professionally, resolve concerns calmly, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
