With a background in sales and business development, professional social care training and ongoing legal studies, I bring a unique combination of empathy, communication and expertise and result driven performance to this role. In 2024, I began my career as a sales associate where I developed strong client communication skills and a natural ability to cater and understand clients needs. Due to my performance and relationship building skills I was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2025, In this role I regularly engage with prospective clientele, i identify their concerns guide their decision making processes and successful turn inquiries into long term relationships. This experience has strengthened my sales aptitude while reinforcing the importance of integrity and trust in every interaction.
My professional social care training, with a specialization in eating disorders, has equipped me with advanced empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills. I understand how sensitive it can be for individuals to reach out for support, and I approach every conversation with patience, warmth, and professionalism. I am passionate about creating a safe and reassuring first point of contact for potential patients.
Additionally, my legal virtual work experience and current law degree have sharpened my analytical thinking, organization, and time management skills. I am comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, communicating clearly in writing and verbally, and maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks. My background in legal research, public speaking, and advocacy further supports my ability to communicate confidently and effectively across phone, email, and chat platforms.
