Hi, my name is Mercy, and I’m based in Lagos, Nigeria. I’m currently building my career in customer service and telemarketing while also pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management.
In terms of experience, I’ve handled customer interactions across calls and messages, helping customers resolve issues like payment concerns, service complaints, and general inquiries. On average, I’ve been able to handle 80 - 100 customer interactions daily, ensuring quick response times while maintaining quality service. I’ve also worked towards meeting performance targets, such as maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate and meeting daily response-time expectations
I’ve developed a strong ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple conversations, and respond quickly while still maintaining quality. For example, I’ve been able to handle a high volume of inquiries by prioritizing urgent cases and ensuring customers get timely and helpful responses, which improves overall satisfaction.
