I have always been passionate about customer service because it allows me to develop my social skills. I got experience in family business by selling shoes and helping in a grocery store. Regarding my education, I have graduated in the international baccalaureate program (IB), which enabled me to construct critical thinking, direct my own learning pathway, and develop well-rounded skills to respond to challenges. I am a resilient person who always tries to look on the bright side and take advantage of risks to use them as an opportunity to grow professionally.
