Mental health is one of the few spaces where the quality of a first conversation can determine
whether someone gets help — or doesn't. That's why this role stood out to me. You're not just
looking for someone who can work a phone queue; you're looking for someone who can connect
with a vulnerable caller, address their concerns honestly, and guide them toward taking care of
themselves. That's work I take seriously.
At FreedomPlus, I managed 50–60+ inbound and outbound calls daily — handling billing disputes,
application queries, and account concerns for US clients across time zones. I re-engaged lapsed
customers through outbound follow-up campaigns, persuasively addressing objections while
keeping a calm, empathetic tone. I also identified upsell opportunities during live service calls and
maintained 100% CRM accuracy in Salesforce. I know how to balance conversion goals with
genuine care for the person on the other end of the line.
Beyond individual performance, I've coached and trained team members — at Distrimarq, I brought
3+ new agents up to speed on call handling and product knowledge, cutting onboarding time while
keeping service quality consistent. I understand what it means to hold a team accountable to a
standard, not just a script.
I communicate at C1 Advanced English (EF SET certified), work remotely without supervision, and
am fully available for US EST hours. The role GABA is describing — prospecting patients, handling
objections empathetically, coaching team members, monitoring call quality — is exactly the
