Hi, my name is Dean Anthony Macaraeg
Most recently, I worked as a Registered Training Officer at Skills Training College Australia. I served as an Appointment Coordinator, scheduling and booking courses for students. Aside from that, I handled administrative tasks, including creating purchase orders, vouchers, and invoices.
Before that, I worked as a Senior Customer Representative at Unify CX, handling Roadside Assistance.
My role was to assist customers in emergency or difficult situations. I dispatched tow trucks, arranged tire changes, winching, and lockout services. I made sure to respond quickly and calmly to ensure their safety and get them back on the road.
I also worked as a Senior Customer Care Representative at T-Mobile IQOR. I specialized in selling products such as phones, gadgets, and internet connections, as well as offering insurance plans.
And lastly, I worked at Capital One UK IQOR as a Collections Agent. It is a credit card company, and my role involved handling accounts, negotiating payments, and ensuring that customers settle their outstanding balances effectively.
All these experiences have shaped me into a professional, confident, and skilled worker. I learned how to communicate well, handle different types of people, and provide excellent service.
I am fully equipped to work from home. I have noise-cancelling headsets, dual monitors, two laptops, a UPS, and power banks to ensure no interruption during power outages.
