I'm Chidindu, a very friendly and goal-driven customer service and sales professional from Nigeria.
I previously worked in a renowned health and beauty company, where I handled high volume of sales, customer inquiries and few frustrations from certain clients. I also performed tasks such as packing and sending out client orders via dispatch riders. In all, I'm known for staying calm, listening actively and communicating in a way that makes people feel understood and valued. My strengths lie in empathy, multitasking, problem solving and building positive customer relationships.
One of the highlights of my career was being nominated by my company for an all expense paid business and leisure trip in recognition of my dedication and performance in my role. I'm looking to bring the same energy and substance into a role where I can make meaningful impact and continue to grow.
