I’m a registered nurse and healthcare operations professional with over eight years of experience supporting patients, providers, and healthcare teams. Over the years, I’ve grown into leadership roles where I discovered my passion for coaching, developing people, and helping teams perform at their best while delivering quality service.
I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Medicare and provider services, handle complex member concerns, and lead process improvements that make day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient. What I enjoy most is building a supportive team environment, solving problems collaboratively, and making a positive impact both for the people I work with and the members we serve.
