My name is Bence Czarina M. Gatchalian, 27 years old born on January 25, 1998 I’m a licensed Pharmacist with 1 year of experience in Medical Centrum Hospital and Watsons Store.

I studied at Saint Louis University in Baguio but I finished my degree and graduated from Lorma Colleges in San Fernando La Union. I passed the Board Exam on November 2023, before taking the Boards I worked as a Pharmacist Assistant at the Hospital and as a Licensed Pharmacist, I applied as a Store Pharmacist at Watsons.

Over the years I have the genuine desires to help others, which taught me the value of efficiency and clear communication. I’m highly organized, adaptable and confident in my ability to bring my skills to the Virtual Assistant role ensuring I support the healthcare team effectively.

In my previous role, I’ve developed a system where I organized tasks, communicate effectively with my team and customers.

As a store Pharmacist I regularly handled multiple priorities, and it taught me how to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

I’ve developed skills in handling customer and patient communication, patient prescriptions and doing daily reports and records. Which directly align with this role. I’m confident that my background, work ethic, and commitment to support healthcare professionals.
