About
I am Ankita Rawool, a postgraduate in Clinical Psychology with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in psychotherapy and psychological assessment. I am trained in PCT, CBT, and REBT, and have developed a basic
understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
My work reflects a genuine passion for understanding the human mind and supporting individuals in their emotional and psychological growth. I bring with me strong leadership skills, active listening, empathy, and an ability to connect with clients in a safe, non-judgmental space. My enthusiasm for continuous learning keeps me updated with evolving therapeutic techniques and research.
In addition to therapy, I am also skilled in conducting and interpreting a wide range of psychological assessments, including projective and objective tools such as MCMI, MMPI, DAT, SFBT, and more. I am proficient in scoring, interpretation, and comprehensive report writing.
My goal as a psychotherapist is to empower individuals by helping them explore their inner strengths, overcome challenges, and work toward meaningful change.
